We lack scorers other than Lanier? Idk know about that - Igor and Gainey can get 15+. ZZ scored 22 in the 2nd half last game.

Igor is 6-10 but plays so passive - would love to see him take the ball to the lane with power and leave the fringer role at home. He has to play more physical for TN to advance deeper in the NCAA

Honestly, even if we cool down from 3, I don't see A&M stopping pur ball movement from getting good looks.

We do have to limit 2nd and even 3rd chance opportunities for A&M. Also need to create more inside on offense.

ZZ didn't play the last 436 of the half. Hopefully ZZ is fresh and has a big 2nd half.

Did we look better when he had to sit for a bit? I’m not trying to start a stink, I just can’t decide when TN turned it around in the first half.

Couple other guys get even a little hot we may be able to pull away in this one. Gotta imagine their focus is gonna be all over Chaz next half. Add to it that we’ve played much better on both ends of the floor in the second half of recent games.

Aggies have been great with their defensive rotations as the ball moves around. Our shooters need to be ready to catch and shoot - we’re going to have to spread the ball around in 2nd half.

This is a men’s game.

I’ll admit, solid half of basketball there, but concerned about Chaz’s percentage coming back down to earth a bit next half. We have to have some other players step up if we want to win. Still, good job having a lead with ZZ sitting as much as he did.

Their taking away ZZ dribble drives and paying for it with leaving Chaz the best open shots since OOC games. Look for ZZ to have a great 2nd half.
