"The Group of 5 teams getting a seat at the adult table just for beating the other kids at backyard football during Thanksgiving is damaging to the “Top 12 Teams” claim."

It’s not all that surprising of a result. With Ole Miss beating Georgia to go with their South Carolina win (and apparently ignoring their Kentucky home loss) and Georgia knocking off the Vols, Tennessee was always going to slide behind the Dawgs - and because Ole Miss was going to be ahead of UGA, behind the Rebels as well.

by that logic we should be ahead of Bama.

Lol, such a clown show. "Vandy was a key win for Alabama".

"Tennessee has UTEP and Vanderbilt remaining on the schedule. Vanderbilt is a key win for Texas and Alabama, so the Vols will have the opportunity to earn their third key win in the eyes of the committee."

"Arkansas is considered a key win for Texas but a bad loss for Tennessee, showing the committee's double standard for different teams. That's why CFP chair and Michigan Athletic Director Warde Manuel's defense for keeping Tennessee out makes no sense."

It's pure bias

No, dumbass.

It's a quality loss for Bama but not a quality win for us.

Try to keep up....
I have to quit watching ESPN. Joey Galloway saying UT should have beat Arky. Arkansas is better than anyone Indiana has played. Notre Dame has the worst loss out anyone. Texas has a bad loss.

SEC being the toughest conference has to play a part, otherwise wtf is the point in having conferences? In having strength of schedule?

Holy **** this is stupid.

If I was any team outside of the SEC I’d play my conference schedule and then a bunch of cream puffs. What’s the point in playing a tough schedule?

For the most part, SEC teams beat up on each other so it doesn’t matter as much.
