Just a bad, bad, bad evening. Hard to explain how you go from winning by double digits at Kentucky and thrashing LSU to just a complete no show tonight. A&M is the kind of physical teams that we will struggle with, but this isn’t just struggling with physicality. We can’t throw one in the ocean from anywhere. Focus just hasn’t been there for reasons that I’m not sure anyone could explain.

Wow. I know it’s on the road, but this is one of the most confidence shattering losses I’ve seen. To have a first half like that and then not even score before the U16 is something else. Giving up rebound after rebound then sulking. Letting guys drive right past you, going up soft at the rim. As soon as a team can defend with some physicality we just fold.

I knew it was cooked when Aidoo blocked them and everyone just looked at each other and didn’t grab the board and A&M did. It’s like they expected the whistle to blow a foul. This team is anticipating getting whistled each contested drive.

JJJ is the most inconsistent scorer I’ve ever seen. Will go for 22 then 4 the next game. If that’s trash then so be it.

When you’re shooting poorly, you don’t step back for a 3 with 20 seconds on the shot clock. When’s the last time anyone tried a drive to the basket? I honestly can’t tell you.

I understand optics don’t tell the entire picture, but I get so frustrated with JJJ and SV when they appear (on TV) to not be mentally in the game. It’s like they decide when they want to play hard and when they don’t.

Our fans are such a trash fire when we have a bad game.

There is nothing wrong with fans venting on a message board when their team downs Tahoe up to play and/or shows lack of effort throughout the game. Every fan base gets irritated when they their team losses.

The comments I’ve read are fans disappointed with the lack of fundamentals or effort. I am extremely disappointed and I bet Barnes will say the exact same thing during his post game interview.

With that said, this team can bounce back and still have a great season. I still have them gong to the final four so….
