Any past coaches run up the middle and take it to the half unless you spring a 25 yarder. Bama just did a good job of covering everything deep so Hendon had to go short. 36 seconds wasn't enough time unfortunately.

I think his thought process was that Bama had all of their timeouts, so he couldn't take it into half or be too aggressive.

The best thing about this game is Tenn is making Bama earn every point and playing fantastic on offense.
Saban has always been a great 2nd half coach they can't let the 3rd Q get away from them.

Before that play, all i could think about is 2004 ND game where Ainge was looking legit like Hooker is. Then he got hurt and sidetracked his career. Love Milton coming in.
