Sure, it could happen. But if it does, what can you do? Its not like the defense is playing terribly. Ole Miss is making tough shots. But more likely Ole Miss will revert to the mean. And if they do, we have been keeping it close enough to pounce.
All of our big men are marginal at best. One falls all the time, one can’t hit a shot and one thinks he is a boxer. Geez just once I’d like to have a big man that could do something besides take up space. Terrible
Ole Miss is 52nd in Adjusted Defensive Efficiency and 108th in Adjusted Offensive Efficiency. There is still a lot of time left in this game, but it is upsetting how we are playing against the definition of a mediocre opponent.
ZZ struggles at times against long athletic guards / Vescovi is throwing up prayers / bricks / Philips was the only one who MIGHT be able to get his own shot - but he has been bad of late.
