We can spin this however we want, but as of right now it's not a very good loss.

This game will not be a “bad” loss come March if we make it there.

This is obviously a very disappointing game, but UT wasn't going to go undefeated and they really played a lot better aside from that five-consecutive 3PFG stretch.

What pisses me off more is that Alabama always manages to play UT very closely and punch above their weight class in basketball, but we can NEVER pull off the upset in football.

That 15 to 4 run put us way behind. Good point

This team still has a tremendous upside, but our youth and inexperience showed through tonight in shot selection and ball movement. At times it seemed like we were running the offense just to run the offense rather than run the offense to score (i.e. passing up a good look or not making a pass to get a better shot).

Very confident Barnes will work on that stuff and we'll be in great shape come March.
