Tell you what, -30.5 is certainly looking off. Wofford usually has a decent team so I was surprised to see that large of a spread.

I think this is a pretty good Wofford team. I think Vegas way miscalculated which is rare for them. Granted, our poor shooting and rebounding this half hasn’t helped, but 31.5 never made sense to me considering we just watched this Wofford team nearly beat South Carolina in an exhibition. South Carolina isn’t a world beater, but they are improved from last year and already have a solid win against Virginia Tech.

I won’t be worried about scoring droughts with this team until conference play starts. It’s Game #3 and the last thing to fall into place will be perimeter shooting. You need game reps for that.

Granted, the perimeter shooting hasn’t looked great through 3 games so I can understand why some would be worried.
