It's a fiber optic line. Some of the closeups during timeouts look ok too but the grass and general camera views are pixelatedI was going to say if cable provider. Their cable is typically optimal about 68 degrees and about every year when temperatures plummet they start having trouble with their trunk line amps and they have to adjust some things. Usually they wait till a load of people schedule trouble calls then their line techs will fix the nodes. In the meantime if the amp is wonky the internet latency is off and more buffering and less than ideal picture quality.
