I was discussing that this morning. I think if they win (which is still a big if), they would likely get Notre Dame or Penn State on the road unless there is more chaos. I don't see Tennessee beating either of them.

If somehow, Tennessee wins and there is enough chaos that the game came be in Knoxville, Tennessee has a chance.
