I love Barnes and the young men in the team. So my comments below are basketball only, not personal attacks.


We are a poor half-court offensive team. Something must change or we may drop 3-5 more games.

Defense struggles tonight and the team became visibly upset w/ one another on the floor. ZZ and Mashack are our leaders. But Mashack isn’t a scorer.

1. We are NOT a three ball shooting team.
2. Chaz is lost in SEC play
3. Igor- flashes tonight. Inconsistent
4. Mashack - not an offensive scorer
5. ZZ- he’s gonna have legs like jello. Need ls help! Not a Shooter.
6. Gainey- Not a point guard. Not consistent shooter.

And though I vented tonight, I’m irritated as it’s been a bad day and I thought we’d come out on fire tonight and win by 10 plus. Tomorrow will be better.

Refs have been completely garbage this game both ways. One minute they let ZZ assault a UK player but then they whistle soft contact on Igor. It’s so inconsistent
