The Official #9 Tennessee @ #8 Ohio State Game Thread, 8:00 PM ET, ABC/ESPN

This reminds me of Dabo getting blown out against West Virginia which resulted in Dabo firing Kevin Steele and hiring Venables.

Heupel needs to get serious about his staff. Not saying can Banks but there are some serious discussions that need to be had
Keep Garner, please. He’s a good coach. Martinez and some others need to go.

Too bad we saved Pittman's job and we're stuck with Elarbee. I doubt it happens but there needs to be some staff moving. Pope, decent recruiter but crap developer. Elarbee is playing a damn walk on at tackle and Oline roulette. Martinez needs to be nixed. Most importantly, you have two years of Hazle sucking. He obviously can't help building a game plan against an opponent which was a big thing Golesh did as "OC"
Elarbee and Martinez is where I’d start if I were Heupel.

And someone please explain what happened to the 2021-2022 playbook and the last two seasons? Yes, new players, some need development, etc etc etc but you cannot convince me that you just throw the damn thing away and run the same horse crap all year and hope for the best.

Maybe it would help to design some passing routes and use downfield passes next year. Get some real WRs, a genuine OC, a decent OL coach and some players who can do more than lie on the ground like it's a hospital ward, a DB coach and open spring practice with QB competition. And try to get some LB help in the portal.

And maybe no more "anywhere anytime" talk unless you can back it up.

Ohio State alum. First, kudos to Tennessee fans for showing up at the Old Horseshoe on a cold night and supporting their team. Y'all were visible and loud -- well done. Second, your QB is going to be really, really good next season -- especially if he gets some difference makers at WR. Finally, tonight was Ohio State's night. I watched Tennessee a few times this season. The Vols are better than they showed tonight; something was off. All Buckeye fans were hoping Day would coach aggressively like he did against Georgia in the CFP a few seasons ago, and fortunately the offense utilized the downfield pass this game. BTW, the only one to shut down WR Jeremiah Smith all season was Ryan Day / Chip Kelly.

Good luck next season, especially against Georgia, Alabama and Florida.

Classy post. GL against Oregon.
