I'm not going to flame but Heupel is definitely not pressing on the gas and hasn't this entire game.

It's dull. But there's no way this is the best game Heupel could call. There's no way. This doesn't resemble the calls against UVA nor any game we've seen him call.

I'm not an insider. I don't know why he's swallowed the playbook but he has.

Guys, I'm sorry, but I refuse to believe we're as bad as the score says. I believe we'll be ok. I have to believe this game was a sleep walk. I'm sure you guys will reply with some smart ass ****, but We'll find out definitively next week. Go Vols!

We will most certainly be better than this game this season overall. I doubt we win a conference or national title but I highly doubt we are gonna drop 4+ games. We got a coach. He’ll keep the program moving forward overall.

I was impressed with our play last week against Virginia ... BUT ... I see that Virginia lost to James Madison today and we just struggled against an FCS team ... SOOO ... I'm thinking that 8-4 may be the ceiling for this team although I hope not.

I really want to believe this is just “them looking ahead”, but my brain tells me otherwise. I think this is the team we’re getting this year folks. A decent defense with a good run game. That’s about it. Flame away.

The 2nd week in a row with no real explosiveness in the passing game. These teams don't have great defenses. At some point you are what we see on the field.
