I don’t understand how two shooting guards could struggle to shoot all season. I know people say the frontcourt is the biggest weakness, but after the four top guards it is a big drop off. The sad thing is Barnes isn’t asking them to do much other than make open shots, not turn the ball over, and don’t give up more points than you make.
If Mashack was a better ball handler, I think he would have surpassed Powell and Bailey. With Mashack you get rebounding and defense, but he’s likely to turn the ball over and he hasn’t shown he can shoot the ball.I don't know if one is any better than the other. Maybe give Mashack those few minutes?

And if the top 4 are shooting so well ya know open shots are there for them.
I think Powell will get there, but this is Bailey’s 3rd year here (counting his RS year he sat) and he was good for 10+ ppg last year.
They actually need older shoes IMO. The floor has too much Court Marshall on it making it too tacky. This is also evident with the excessive squeaking during game play. My guess is that the cleaner to water ratio was too high in concentration. New shoes are going to "bite" much more than older ones.somebody hurry and make a gofundme for new shoes for the team
