What did he mean by it would require a whole new bracket to drop Purdue?

It was said earlier this week, the bracket is basically done Friday night. Besides a team like VT or TxAM playing themselves in its set. And all that requires for the teams that play themselves in, they just switch teams in and out nothing moves. To drop Purdue would require re seeding them and everyone below them.
