Management, period. Its a piss poor run organization. Matt millen was horrible, but he managed to keep his job forever. The people of detroit should be pissed off. Nowhere to go but up for them. Afterall 0-16, that takes some work to be that bad, history suggests it.:crazy:

Probably the biggest reason IMO as well. There are many factors at play though.

I feel sorry for whoever they draft. Imagine busting your ass at college football and then getting drafted to an organization that has lost it's will to win.

Well they can look at the bright side, it really can't get worst next year by losing more.
