IT'S A CELEBRATION
Prior to Tuesday's game at 4:35 PM EST, Tennessee baseball will honor six seniors for their contributions to the program throughout their careers: UTL Logan Chambers, LHP Kirby Connell, INF Zane Denton, RHP Seth Halvorsen, OF Griffin Merritt and UTL Ethan Payne.
The Vols will also honor two student-workers, Adam Low and Taylor Rogers, for their hard work and dedication behind the scenes with the program.

In 2022 and 2021, the Vols posted a 53-10 record against out-of-conference opponents, going 28-4 a season ago after posting a 25-6 non-conference record in 2021.
Under Vitello, Tennessee is an impressive 63-10 overall in midweek games, including a 13-1 record a season ago, outscoring their opponents 139-31 in those 14 contests. The Vols are 11-2 in midweek games this season while outscoring their opponents 135-33 in those contests.

MOORE IS MASHING
Sophomore second baseman Christian Moore has been on a tear at the plate, belting seven homers in an eight-game stretch from April 28-May 12.
Moore had two, two-homer games during that stretch after going deep twice in wins over Mississippi State (4/29) and Georgia (5/5).
Moore has recorded a hit in each of the last 10 games, batting 16-for-42 (.381) with 13 runs scored and 14 batted in. Nine of those hits have gone for extra-bases and the second baseman has swiped a pair of bags in that time.
For the season, Moore leads the Vols in on-base percentage (.456), runs scored (53), stolen bases (14) and walks drawn (43).
