No doubt, I hear ya! My husband and I hope to retire in the next couple of years to East TN. Plan is to start looking for a lot this summer.

except season tickets are impossible to get and yet most of the seats are empty.

I would have been one before business started booming to get grandfathered in. I didn’t post here during those days but I was rooting during the Serrano years whenever we would be going to the last game of the season hoping to make the SECT. All these new ticket holders are just taking advantage of everyone and up-charging like crazy making a profit. They could care less if they sell all of them and have no intention of going to the games themselves. They are just looking to make money.
