We’ve gotten away with a lot of bad baserunning in the past few years because we could just out hit everyone. This year they better actually figure it out on the base paths becuase we aren’t going to hit it good enough to overcome running into outs

Did he have to go back to tag up and still decide to go? He didn't even touch the plate...we've made some dumb base running mistakes so far this season.

Yes. That's why he was out on a relay. Ball halfway home before he finished the tag.
