Guys it's time. Due to UT football I didn't really get to watch the first 300 laps, but I thought it pretty much summed up JRs year when he blew up with 10 to go battling for 2nd. It was a great battle there at the end and there was also some great suspense during the mid point of the race when Harvick and Busch got caught up in the wreck.

Here's my predictions

1.Gordon
2.Stewart
3.Johnson
4.Hamlin
5.Edwards
6.Matt Kenseth
7.Kurt Busch
8.Kyle Busch
9 Kevin Harvick
10.Jeff Burton
11.Martin Truex JR
12.Clint Bowyer

if by same league, you mean Busch Series, then yes, nobody can touch him.

He dominated the Busch Series with Denny Hamlin, Carl Edwards, Reed Sorenson, JJ Yeley and Greg Biffle for the most part last season. That's some pretty good company to dominate, stay tuned in 10 weeks you may be in for a surprise.

Interesting race today, very interesting. Harvick managed 19th after 3 flat tires spoiled a sure top 5 run. Truex finishes 7th and how bout JR, gets a top 3. Great day overall

Nice run for Jr and Mark.... Did anyone see Kyle Petty get in Hamlins face and even slap his visor down?? I wish Hamlin would've grabbed him by his pony tail and let him know to get out of the way

Yeah,I appreciate Kyle out their raising money for his camp,
but I don't understand how he can get that hot seeing how he drives an uncompetetive car. So,on days he doesn't get wrecked he finishes in 30th or 35th in a normal race. Whooopie! Is Kyle delusional enough to think his car is going to run top ten? Maybe he's just pissed because he hardly ever loads a car in one piece on the hauler at the end of the weekend.

I think he is worried about staying in the top 35 in points and Denny did run flat over him. Well it helped, the race was kinda boring at that point!!!!

Edwards #99 car failed post-race inspection, which should lead to a 25-pt penalty for Edwards.

It did look like that, but I'd like to get Denny's side of the story as to wether or not Kyle was up to speed or let off.Kyle did admit he was trying to let the leaders go by
and get out of the way.

it's definitely not going to be easy for anyone. i think the winner of the chase, like usual, is going to be the team that makes the least amount of mistakes and doesn't beat themselves. Kurt Busch and Denny Hamlin have almost took themselves out of it, especially Hamlin, by beating themselves. As long as the 24, 48 and 20 don't have problems, they'll be hard to beat. The wildcard in the chase will definitely be Talladega. Who knows what's gonna happen there with the COT and the big pack racing. Kansas, Charlotte, Texas, Atlanta and Homestead are all about the same... if you're good at one you should be good at the rest.

how has Kurt beaten himself? last week he had a $5 dollar part ruin his engine and this week he cut a tire on some debris and wrecked. bad luck for sure, but he hasn't done anything stupid like Hamlin.
