The Official Dale Earnhardt Jr. Thread

7th place finish at Phoenix.

Thought he had a chance to win the race there with about 50 laps to go. The #88 team fooled me again. I always think they have a chance to win at some point during the race, then they lose about 5 or 6 spots near the end.

Anyone want to predict a win for Junior at Talladega in a couple weeks?

I'm thinking that April 27th might finally be his day.

I wouldn't be surprised, he normally runs well there, and now with HMS engines, he should be stout.

its gotta be Hendrick making him act like things are fine... last year he bashed his team publicly and this year you can tell he wants to but just eats it... not to say theyre doing bad at all but he should have won at least 1 race by now, probably 2

Not according to Junior, at least publicly.

I don't think we would ever here JR degrade his family(Teresa doesn't count:p) openely unless he was in real trouble. I guess I would rather have Eury than Pete Rondeau anytime soon even though I absolutely despise Eury as a crew chief

Junior finished 6th today in the Nationwide race. He challenged Tony for the lead with a couple laps to go, but couldn't quite get past him. Didn't help that Biffle decided not to follow.

Lets hope for better luck tomorrow.

Not good form for a Ford driver to help a Chevy win.

Well, Biffle screwed himself over too so it didn't make much sense. I think Biffle ended up finishing 11th, and he probably could've had a 2nd place finish if he followed Junior.

If you watch as they come down to the line, Jr. moves left toward Stewart and Biffle goes straight to try to pass for the lead, but no one goes with Biffle so he drops back. I thought Jr. made a mistake by not staying in front of Biffle. Different eyes, different sight! Who can say for sure?

Wow... Junior just got punk'd with 39 laps to go. Went from 1st to 20th... no one wanted to draft with him. Where's Tony when you need him?

Jr bumped Tony and sent him into the wall but Tony said tell Jr it wasnt his fault bc he had a tire going down... if anyone else did that Tony would have been raising hell
