I'm curious what the general feeling was when Patricia was hired. Were the fans excited, thinking he would do really well, or was it more of a let-down hire? I never expect too much from the Belichick coaching tree. Seems like others struggle to put his system into practice. Vrabel though has been surprising to me.

I wasn’t. A significant portion of the fanbase wasn’t excited about the Patriots Way model and it’s been a disaster

Didn't know that was Derek Dooley.
Thought he was still at Missouri.
Don't care if Sheila Ford Hamp hires
the locker room janitor as head coach.
Patricia has to go now. The hell with
the rest of the season.

Orlovsky also said that he thinks Stafford is burned out at Detroit. I wouldn't be surprised if that's part of the problem however Patricia cannot coach a defense I believe belichick actually was calling the shots at New England and he was just the water boy. Patricia graduated from a top-notch college but he's definitely not a football coach that's for sure. As far as I'm concerned fire Quinn and Patricia now and let Corey Undlan run the defense and just see what happens the rest of the season.

Read Detroit Free Press saying trade rumors
of Stafford going to Dallas due to Prescott's injury. Wish Quinn and Patricia were gone now
Regardless how the rest of the season ends up.Maybe a loss to Jacksonville???

It would surprise me if the Cowboys traded for Stafford. I have been surprised before, but Dalton is the best QB in the NFC east. We'll see what happens. Getting rid of Patricia is the step they need to take imo. I think Patricia and Gase are both toast before the end of the season. I'm surprised Patricia outlasted the Atlanta Quinn.
