I have the bench and dumbbells, slam/wall balls and my own box jump. I don't mind running in rain or cold, and I despise the treadmill despite my love of regular running so I'll never buy a treadmill. I have a cyclops 2 that I connect to Zwift for indoor cycling. Dream scenario would be the power rack and a concept 2 rower.

Yes.

All I really want is a power rack, concept 2, a few kettle bells, and a good speed rope.

A prowler or sled would be sweet too.

Started with a bench and powerblocks until I could put it all together. Found my rack with a lat pulldown on clearance from a local manufacturer and weights were bought on sale. Minus the dumbbells I spent under $600 for all

To clarify what I mean by perform until failure...

Failure is the point in which you are physically unable to perform a repetition with good form. It doesn't nessesarily mean to hyperexert yourself.

For example, when using free weights, you would be at failure at the point in which you feel you need to use your body to gain momentum in a bicep curl.
