I for one think he is a valuable member of this team. If you think otherwise please post here and not make 100 threads talking about how he sucks. It really gets annoying.

Maybe this could get a sticky.

Why do pepole hate him he is a great player.And i dont think we will be were we are at without him right now.

If he continues to make the same mistakes hes made so far we will not beat Vanderbilt and Kentucky...

Yes, he is affective when he plays within himself, but many times he tries to do too much

Great athlete, no doubt. Defense, hustle, scrappy, and can MAKE LAY UPS USING THE FREAKIN BACKBOARD, unlike the late Tyler Smith. Geeze! Okay obviously we know he cant hit the broad side of a barn from 4 feet away. He is a very valuable part of the squad no doubt.

His jump shot and free throw shot sucks. but his defense is solid, he can drive the ball very well when he needs/ wants to. And he hasn't been arrested. Can't hate on the guy. He's a Vol.

If you want a 'hate on jp' thread just start a game thread. Then, the bashing will ensue , throughout the game, regardless of his performance. After he puts up 8 assists, 14 points, and 7 rebounds (for example) a whole collection of jp bashing threads will follow. So easy a caveman can do it..

Pretty ignorant starting up a HATE thread about any player...In fact down right embarrassing...Fans who do this are worthless and shameful to the fanbase.

yea someone delete this.

JP is our best defensive player, he goes to class and stays out of trouble. what more do you want? sure he cant shoot but we have plenty of scorers on the team.

Can this thread be deleted? It’s embarrassing that one of our own players should read such a post. He plays for the Big Orange, he was MVP when we played then number 1 Memphis. Please!! Go Vols!!

Why is everyone wanting to delete the "hate JP" thread, when there has only been one or two people hatin' on him. Seems to me this thread has turned into a rally around JP thread.

Guys if you would read my initial post I clearly said that I think he is a valuable player. This is for all the people that want to hate on him in every single thread that is posted about every game.

he is a vital role player. Frustrating to watch his offense but can drive baseline about as good as anyone ive ever seen, he just can't do anything with ball once at rim. steals alot of balls with his reach.

Please. Prince has been solid in this winning streak. If he played good enough to help beat Kansas, I'm going to go out on a limb and say he will play well enough to beat Vandy.

Prince is a solid slasher. Anyone who thinks he is not valuable to this team doesn't know basketball.

He's a good defensive player, but I wish he would work on his shot a little more and pass the ball when he gets into trouble more often. I think he trys to win the game by himself sometimes.

I still think he should be a starter though.

JP is a very talented player but has the lowest basketball IQ I've ever seen. JP will at least do five things during a game that absolutely make no since at all. Also the only way he scores is by driving left everytime by going to the bucket no jump shot at all. That being said he is a Vol and I support him but the dude drives me crazy!

Why would you even create a thread with that in the title if you "think he is a valuable member of this team"? I think there should be an "Official Hate On Urban Favre Thread". I'm sure you'd appreciate that as much as Prince does.
