Maybe others can chip in here but when he charges or is in front of ball he makes the play smoothly…it is when he is going to left or right that the throws can get a little shaky…I’m sure others could give their opinion here

I cant know for sure, but I'm betting they're coached to throw the bounce. Not two, of course, but it's impossible to throw the ball UNDER first base, but you can easily put in the bleachers OVER it.
