Dave never hurt anybody but he is "unique" and after he's been unique for a long time under one screen name, he no longer is happy with his VN rep...so he changes up. I actually like it all. It's pretty funny

No, Dave himself is fine; a little weird but harmless.

Originally he had an account and forgot the password and started a second one. People started noticing how the second account was like the first one so people started asking if he was Dave (his first account was like Dave1967 or something). He was adament he wasn't but eventually he admitted he was and that he forgot his password.

Later another user popped up posting the exact same way only this time he stayed adament he wasn't Dave. So it became a thing to call him Dave every time. That account disappeared and now he's back and not only can you tell from the posting style, but his usernames usually have something from the old one. Like Dave1967 was the first, then he was Mike1967, I forget the third one, but now he's volnut67.

He either is terrible at remembering his username/password (and apparently email), or he thinks he can disappear and reappear as someone else.

The only problem is, he's not very good at usernames or posting differently. I'll give him props for at least changing his secondary favorite teams.

We all love Dave, Freak. I just happened to notice that he made a return to VN, and I wanted to let the thread know. He has a reputation. He's an odd character, but that's what forums are for. :)

Well I wasn't in on the shenanigans so obviously I was referring to Ben, I'm a victim of his influence as well.
