The Official New York Yankees Thread

@85SugarVol you had a lot to say the other night but seem to be very quiet now. Sad!
Don’t worry about little ole us. We didn’t get embarrassed at home in the DIVISIONAL round 😉

We came into this League CHAMPIONSHIP Series as the underdogs, and it’s gone the way most thought it would.

And we’ve acquitted ourselves well. Nothing to be ashamed of.

I missed the game but good win for the Yankees to stay alive. On to Houston. Go Astros.

Let's go yanks, lets beat their "other" ace now. Had Cole on the ropes in game three.
Hopefully Romine gets the starts tonight, maybe then they can get a hit from the catcher position, and no passed balls.
Replace Gardner with Maybin. I'm a big Gardner fan but he is not seeing the ball.
DH? Who knows...Stanton can knock it to the moon but I swear his mechanics looks like a 9 year old trying to learn how to bat. Encarnacion, does he hit the ball anymore? Maybe slot Hicks there and leave Gardner in CF.
Should have left Stanton on the IL and pulled up Frazier as a DH.

Lets do this.
Battle of the Bullpens for Game 6. Time for our guys (looking at you Adam Ottavino) to step up big time.

Hopefully that warm Texas weather will heat up the Yankee bats.
We should have the slight advantage there

Gonna need the bats to provide solid run support.

Judge needs to get aggressive at the plate. He’s getting maybe 1-2 good pitches per at bat, and he’s taking them right now. Needs to come out and jump on the first pitch fastball if he sees it.

Good to see Kahnle get out of it after Sanchez pulls a Brian McCann dropping strike 3 to let the batter take first. Yanks hanging in there, but Houston looks like they're going to close it out tonight.
