The Official New York Yankees Thread

At just 20 years, 206 days old, Domínguez became the youngest Yankees player to homer in his first game. He was the first Yankees player to go deep in his initial big league at-bat since Aaron Judge on Aug. 13, 2016.

Domínguez launched his third big league blast in the third inning, hammering a 110.2 mph line drive that cleared the right-field wall for a solo home run. The 20-year-old switch-hitter later added a pair of singles, including his first Major League hit from the right side of the plate.

😂

Only Mickey Mantle (1952) has hit three homers as a Yankee over a five-game span at age 20 or younger, and Domínguez has achieved it in his first five games.

Motherf******.

Such a bummer when I saw it.

But what a fun 2 weeks. Across 8 games -
.980 OPS with 4 HR, 7 RBI, & 6 Runs

He certainly wasn’t overwhelmed by the moment. Get well young man.
