The Official Nfl Draft Thread

Sounds good. I'm really wondering who the Cowboys will take. Maybe a WR? If the draft experts are right, Aaron Rodgers could be left on the table when the Cowboys are on the board. It'd be sweet to pick him up and maybe get him to flourish under the leadership of Bledsoe.

QB pickings sorta slim this yr, and whoever drafts campbell will get the most out of their investment, the boy has skills, the Rb stable is full and I think that will hurt Houston even with the yr he had

Although I don't think Campbell is the best QB in the draft, I do think he is a better investment than McPherson.

My opinion is that the best QB in this year's draft will be some 'diamond in the rough' -- One of the underrated QBs that nobody's making any noise about. Anderson, Chang, LeFors, Cumbie, guys like that.

Thomas Davis - Under-rated
Marcus Spears - Very over-rated
Rodgers - over-rated

Anderson from Oregon State is horrible.

Oh goodness he sucks, imo.

Good games and horrible ones. Great LSU game though.

Throws way too many INT's and has trouble reading common, simple blitz packages.

NFL? Ya...rigth

I like the qb adrian McPherson. He has alot of issues but seems that he has gotten over it.

Just heard that Clarrett will be drafted as a FB and not a RB. You think that could help him any?

When he does well, he does awesome... I think it's possible he could just use some good coaching and he would quit being so iraddic and straighten out.

I was at Camp Pendleton, California for awhile in 2003 and got to see and hear from many OSU fans about Derek as he was billed as the 2nd coming QB since High School.

Reports I got was that he struggled a lot against complex defenses and never really got that much better from a reading standpoint.

Now, I give him credit that he put up some nice #'s but look at his freakin attempts...over 50 three times and over 40 every game but three.

As soon as Steven Jackson went to the Rams, OSU had no running game. They really didn't have any option but to throw, and they still did well.

I heard tennessee is either getting a rb wr or cb. so it looks like any of the top 3 running backs, mike williams or brylan edwards, or antrell rolle or pac man jones. You can take a guess from them but I would get mike williams or antrell rolle. Probably if it was my desicon, I would go after Antrell just because he is from Miami and we all know just how good there players are in the nfl (even though i hate to admit it.)

It's true. Miami is stastically and reasonably the most prolific NFL player-producing team of recent history.

Something tells me Mike Williams may not do that well on the next level...

Mike Williams will be a star at the next level!!! His 40 time is faster then Micheal Clayton ran and Clayton should have been offensive rookie of the year last year!! Mike Williams will be an excellent WR in the NFL!!
