Tough to catch 1 catcher all three games of a weekend series. Catchers need some rest and can struggle with performance if they have to continually catch 3 games back to back to back in two or three days.

Catching is tough no doubt. However, many catchers are every day catchers with no problems. I would prefer that Peebles catch on the weekends and when opportunities like last night present themselves, THEN put Stark or Taylor in for mop up duties and always use them during the mid-week games. This conference is just too difficult to have a player who hits below the Mendoza line every year.
