The Official Philadelphia Eagles Thread

Tough call on Barnett. He obviously didn't realize the play had been called dead. I don't disagree with the call. Just one of those situations...

This is the first time the Eagles have been on TV in my area this year. So far I like what I'm seeing. This is the most balanced Eagles team I've seen in a long time.

I'm just glad Barnett didn't cost them the game. I was worried for a bit. Eagles look pretty good this year.

Yeah. They stopped the play late but didn't blow the whistle. If he didn't get him, curry would've.

No way both of them didn't hear it.

philly radio is pissed about the call, saying cam flopped.

The whistle was blown.... I heard it and Cam didn't flop, I saw the replay. I initially though these things but the review and replay cleared it up. Have no idea why they didn't stop

I agree. It was weird. He didnt get hit that hard, though.

I remember telling my friend here that I expect Barnett to start slow and probably get some unsportsmanlike penalties early.

Last 4 times Pete Morelli's crew has had an Eagles game, it's been on the road. Eagles penalized 40 times for 396 yards. Opponents: 8 for 74.

I think Philly fans have a reason to be upset with the refs.

Watched that story on ESPN about Carson Wentz and the kid that had cancer -- guy is a class act
