We just have to change our approach at the plate against their starter last night, he pitched everything away and we were trying to pull it, have to slap it the other way and take the single.

Especially with a strike zone as big as last night’s was.

Agree, we took a lot of first pitch grooved fastballs. All for trying to work a count but the kid attacked first pitch fastball 70% of the time to get ahead. I'd have liked to have seen a more aggressive approach and try to force him to change his gameplan.
