I went to the game yesterday against Baylor and had a blast! Living down here near Houston, it’s good to get to see my BaseVols play in person since I don’t get to Rocky Top too often! I thought we looked good and no one really seemed worried when Baylor put up 4 in the 1st. You just had a sense that our offense was about to show up! Go Vols!!

Same here. I liked them at the time but now the whole thing felt like a Butch Jones led gimmick. We haven't worn them in football since 2017 and I don't think the men's or women's basketball team have worn them since then either. To my knowledge baseball and softball are the only major teams still using them. It now kind of feels like a fad that we mostly got over, plus JH has football wearing black alternates.
