If Tennessee keeps changing Head Coaches every 2-3 seasons Tennessee will never turn things around and will suck forever. Some of the people on VolNation board in the army of the miserable don't deserve a winner. People need to give Coach Jones at least 4-5 seasons that is what it will take to turn the corner.

Baloney...coaches at elite programs (say, top 15 like ut) are almost always very successful by year 3. You will have a hard time naming coaches at elite schools that ended up being successful who were not getting it done by yr3, usually sooner. It is a very short list. Majors? Who else?
