The Official Tennesee @ #23 Auburn Game Thread, 7:00 PM ET, ESPN

Despite this offensive abortion, I am proud of Gray and Chandler. Not sure what Chandler’s plans are, and I know he’s taken some flack, but I won’t be sad if he returns next year.

The running backs aren't really the problem.

Given they have a guy who is learning on the fly for an S&C coach and Will Friend is wasting the talent on the O line, I think they have done fairly well this season.

Missed some blocking assignments and need to get stronger and break tackles but Gray and Chandler are decent backs.

I'm always baffled by this OL. They look like garbage half the time, then when they decide to out the hammer down the other half, backs are unstoppable.
It's not the Oline. Its a QB who has no awareness/trouble pulling the trigger and RBs/TEs that occasionally miss blocks/blocking assignments.

The OLine/blocking always looks great when almost any other QB comes in.

announcers talked JG up that whole drive (while the rbs did the work)

then he got
SMOKED
I’m also sick of hearing (announcers) that JG has had no talent around him.

Callaway is playing a meaningful role on a 7-2 NFL team. Jennings was drafted. Yes, the OL has been woeful for better part of his career. But come on.

Now if Chaney will just call that deep out to far side of the field...he just could.. he just might ..
