And auburn got after him the entire time he was in game for maybe the exception of last minute. HB is hands down our best QB on the roster and it’s not even close!!

I'm not saying he isn't. I liked alot of what I saw and trust him more than our redshirt Senior to not make boneheaded mistakes.

Who keeps making the decision to start JG? HB has shown he is better than JG. So again if Pruitt was such a good coach we wouldn’t be having our worse season in school history!!

JG accounted for 3 net points for 3 3/4ths of game. Bailey accounted for 7 points in one series.

But remember, jg gives us the best chance to win lol, so actually jg was minus 3, since he had another pic six. Jg is number one in the nation for pic sixes this year.

There is no doubt Bailey deserves to go the distance the rest of this year. Our running game did well tonight, running north and south they could not stop us consistently. We stopped ourselves a little while trying to run side to side to much, but we got back to running and we were controlling things till JG gives it all away with a pic 6. We can run just as good with Bailey at Qb and he is already a better passer than JG. Not saying he won't make a mistake, big whoop at this point. It's time for Harrison to take charge and the O-Line to build and the straight ahead running game. I think our O-Line is starting to gell some, I hate it for JG but he has had his time and he played tough and it all wasn't his fault but it's time to move on. Bailey clearly showed tonight that he deserves the playing time now. At least we kept fighting tonight, I see us building something with our younger players. For the love of humanity keep Bailey at QB! GBO!

Guys, Pruitt isn’t getting canned this year. He’s now at a point where he is playing for next year. Let Bailey take a week as starter for practice and then get his feet wet with 0-0 start vs Vandy. Then we throw everything at Florida.

I know it’s wild to think but if we were to go 2-0 to finish season at 4-5* with Bailey as starter and upset of Florida, Pruitt will be more than fine going into next year

There was no reason not to start HB this game.
This is just being Pruitt stuck in his ways or like one poster said. Trying to stick a square peg in a round hole..
They way Gray ran tonight. If we had a QB that could move the ball through the air we could've won this game.

I just don’t understand why HB isn’t getting the starting job. He won’t lose any eligibility, and our 5th (!) year QB hasn’t progressed since the day he stepped on campus. This was Pruitt’s golden chance to try out HB and if we lose, oh well, you can blame COVID and I’ll buy that. What I don’t buy is this atrocious QB and O-line play, getting blown out by UK and losing to an Arkansas team we “should” beat on paper. Pruitt will obviously get a second chance in 2021, and honestly, he should be thankful for COVID or else he’d be long gone.

If Pruitt survives this and goes on to be a winner, he will look back on his decision to stick with jg and see how huge of a mistake he made. And if he gets fired and Bailey comes in and lights it up, he will also see how huge of a mistake he made. I actually think we have a pretty good team if we just started a good qb.
