Amen. Despite a patchwork roster tons of injuries and penalties we were actually AHEAD of Bama in the 1st Q and in that Q we scored double digits vs Bama for the 1st time since 1995.

The BVS and whining for instant gratification on this Board is ridiculous. We’ve got an awesome coaching staff who are damn well earning their paychecks every week and we’ve got players who’ve bought in and don’t quit.

We just don’t have the horses to compete yet. It’s a 3-year rebuild before we can send Saban into retirement.

I get people wanting to win, wanting to win now. The moral victories are beyond old. I also think you have to look at this game though and think hey till we were just flat out exhausted we hung with this team and their third team backups are more highly rated than our starters. Heupel is really good, I mean really good but you can only get so far without depth and talent.

huh? Because I don’t think the play calling is why we will lose this game? No one with any lick of sense believes we are behind by 28 points is all on the refs. It’s lack of depth, first year coach who doesn’t have his players, and going against a coach who hasn’t lost against an SEC East team is about 10-11 years. Lot of positives I think go beyond the scoreboard but you have to be pretty dumb to think we lost because of the refs.

Well we fought for 3 quarters . Gonna need some depth to compete with the big boys. Some questionable game management and plays calls but nothing we can’t learn from. Future still looks positive.
