The Official Tennessee @ Alabama Game Thread, 1:30pm ET, ESPN3

Absolutely no reason Tatum should continue to see significant minutes. He is an offensive liability roughly 99% of the time he is out there

Agreed. He stinks and rarely is in the plus column.

Tough loss, but it appears this team thought it could just show up and win. Bama's role players outplayed our starters. Bad, bad loss.

He had a horrible game but so did everyone else not named Maymon. I can't believe how many people don't understand basketball it's just one game. It sucks but it's not like we are a top 10 team. We have played over our heads at times and today we played absolutely horrible but don't lay it solely at McBee's feet

Absolutely

He did have quite the hot start. He's starting to experience those growing pains it looks like. He does have great potential and still plays good basketball for what little college playing he has had, though.

He's going to be a great player I think. However, I think he'll be here for at least 3 years. He has a long ways to go when compared to other elite freshmen (Davis, Kidd- Gihlcrist) to name 2. THe future for this team looks bright.

One thing I'm dreading: a potential 7-10 battle Alabama could have with Virginia. Most unwatchable game of the season?

If he had other good players he would look much better. Less double teams more open looks better passing equals better numbers.

It's not all on him, but outside of the first few minutes of the game, he has been as bad as anyone. Golden is just trying to do too much, Maymon can't hold on to the ball, McBee was just dreadful all around. The bright spots have been few and far between. Stokes has been pretty good though

I can live with slumps and bad shooting ( heck, it would be hard to stick anyone else out there right now and know that is gonna get better)

You have to raise your level on the other end to keep your mins. IMO he's not doing that either. That would make the decision really easy.

Stokes really needs to work on his FT's. He takes way too long and thinks about it too much when he shoots
