How would our three opponents this weekend be ranked? Was OSU our toughest test?

Respectfully, not really about the opponents, more about pitching. 2 more days in Houston, day off, Tuesday and Wednesday, day off and three more games. But we’ll know where we are that’s for sure. JMO.

Gotta love how many games we get in baseball.

Certainly. How we come out of this stretch will say something, how the freshman do, How the arms hold up, but this is precisely the way, the reason, it is scheduled this way. The cool thing is they have been putting players in different positions and situations, in the long run I think it helps.

I’ve got some Pappy. I’ll share with friends.

Deeper but much younger and inexperienced.
Franklin working out of the jams yesterday proved his confidence can't be shook and that CTV and CFA have the ultimate confidence in the guy. Young inexperienced pitchers have no fear on the mound. Also with Loy in the BP we will always have that go to guy when times are crucial ...Snead as well

I'm wondering if all the teams went with the top of the rotation for Friday and following the rest of the weekend as you would a regular series ? I think that's how Tony is doing it. At least until AJ gets back to full form.
The most recent comment Tony had on AJ is that he would pitch multiple innings next appearance, not multiple appearances each week. Who knows for sure. From what I’ve seen in the small sample size, Doyle is the only lock. I want to see how Phillips does against better teams before he’s a lock for the weekend. I think Sunday is still an open race.

Agreed. Franklin is going to be great. Love how they let him work through the jam. Loy is a stud.

I believe when Russell is full go then He will be Saturday starter and Phillips slides down to Sunday starter. Doyle and Russell on back to back days will be lethal.
