The Official Tennessee @ Florida Series Thread (Fri. May 3rd Game 1 3PM EST, Game 2 after SECNET+) (Sat. May 4th 6:30PM EST SECNET+)

Bad take leader so far imo.
Game 1 Alabama: scored in the top of the 1st, immediately gave up 2 in the bottom
Game 3 Alabama: got 4 in the top of 3rd, immediately gave up 2 in the bottom to get it back to 4-3 (not the full lead, but not a shutdown inning)
Game 2 Ole Miss: took lead in bottom of 2nd 2-1, immediately gave it up in the top of the 3rd
Game 3 Ole Miss: took lead in bottom of 1st, immediately gave up 1 in the top of the 2nd
Game 1 of Auburn: scored 3 in the top of the 1st, immediately gave up 5 in the bottom, tied in the top of the 2nd, gave up 3 in the bottom
Game 3 of LSU: scored 2 in bottom of 3rd, immediately gave up 1 in the top of the 4th (not the lead, but still not a shutdown inning)
Game 3 of UK: took lead in top of 6th, immediately gave it up in the bottom

It's really not that bad of a take.

320-390-320 in the mountains is pretty small. They have every right to say that, it’s true.

But what I don’t like is the claim we can’t hit home runs anywhere else when teams don’t hit home runs against us in our place at nearly the pace we do. And we hit home runs everywhere but Omaha. Even cavernous Hoover.
lol…it’s now the mountains that help us hit.

Vandy is 310-400-330.
UK is 335-400-320.
Arkansas is 320-400-320. They are in the mountains, and we’ve hit 60 more HR’s.

Moore - Ground out up the middle into CF!

Burke - Base hit past 1B into RF!

*Runners on 2B and 1B with no outs*

Amick - RBI double down the 3B line into the corner!! Moore scores from 2B. Burke rounds 3B and is tagged out at home. UT challenges and loses.

Dreiling - RBI base hit up the middle into CF!!! Amick scores from 2B! Would have scored Burke if he hadn't went home.

Ensley - K.

Dreiling steals 2B.

Curley - K.

VOLS lead 4-2. Middle of the 3rd.

UF starter at 69 pitches and 4 K's.

Lots of key-strokes to defend a forum post...
