Vandy isn’t in the mountains

Kentucky’s stadium is cavernous.

Arkansas is in the mountains, but it’s still bigger than ours.


It’s okay to admit our dimensions are small and elevation helps power hitting. It’s not a sin. There’s no rule requiring us to play at old minute made park for our home runs to count.

It’s just as ridiculous how offended our fans get when someone says our dimensions are small as it is for opposing fans to pin all of our offensive success to it

I don’t know why you do this. Facts smack you in the face, and you still argue it. I posted Arkansas’s dimensions. 10 feet deeper in straight center. Same down the lines. Are you really going to argue that?

Just do the research, but you would probably argue our train helps or something.

I would “admit” it if the facts showed our park is that much smaller. But it’s not.

Hahahahaha that was super tough and could have went either way but that one replay that you and I saw shows it clearly. The announcers were also all over it calling it though hard to believe UF homers….but between them, the ump, and the replay the ball was caught and there was nothing to review even if anything were reviewable…ok glad that’s done with!!! What I want to see in Game 2:

A hit to the warning track that bounces of the outfielder's head for a home run.
Cheap hits that are so unexpected that the Gators get multiple errors off of one hit.
Another broken bat because one broken bat isn't enough.
Some Home Runs, emphasis on the plural.
The team to bat around the order in the 3rd inning.
A late in the game, Charlie Taylor Grand Slam.
A summer salt after a nice catch in the outfield.
A behind the back or no look catch by Drew Beam.
A ball that hits a base and results in extra bases.

IF I can't have that, I'll settle for a win. The second game win is ALL I really, really want.

Chinese Food delivery or take out. (hint-hint to my roommates)
