Pearl gave his best pitch but (at the time) JR. didn't want to leave the Pac NW. He transferred to A&M because his father took a position w/ the Rocket org.

Thanks- did not even see that. I was doing my own check on Turner. Interesting how things unfold. I guess we would have had a better shot at junior if Mears had made that call and offer.

Like to see Armani Moore take a step forward and put up some nice numbers on the road. 8-12 pts, 5-6 reb and a couple of blocked shots. Something clicked a few weeks ago and he's become a player - here's hoping he keeps it up.
