Bad teams are bad and play like bad teams. This year, they’re a bad team stuck mostly in no man’s land.

“Rebuilding on the fly” generally doesn’t tend to work (not to mention being in that position is always a concerning sign to begin with…).

Getting a top 5 draft pick and securing your choice of tackle is never stupid.

It’s not pissing on the team though. This is a result of 3-4 years of horrible drafts and sh!tty contracts in regards to the cap space….

The good news is we are almost at the light at end of tunnel. We will have almost the most cap space in all of the NFL and a top ten draft pick… all while likely securing a franchise QB on a rookie deal.

Possibly 5th. The Redskins are also 4-9 and have a weaker SOS (though it is close: they have the 20th hardest SOS, Tennessee has the 23rd hardest SOS).

Draft spot tiebreaker is the weaker SOS gets the higher pick.

Think they’re still too far out for the Dolphins to respond to it that way…especially if the run is only for 1-2 yard gain.
