The Official Tennessee Titans thread IV

Welp, if you had Isaiah Bond high on your draft board in rounds 2-3, you can officially remove him. Obviously we don't know the full story, but no one is touching him with a 10 ft pole at this point. Doubt he gets drafted.

He will probably still get drafted, just not until the 5th round. Someone will take a late round shot hoping the whole thing blows over.

Titans cut NPF, thank God.

Still have 41 million in cap space. Seems like we will be active after the draft when it doesn't count against draft pick compensation.

On Nashville sports now.
"Titans could trade Will Levis on draft day.
Someone must be looking for a 2nd-3rd string qb.
They have #1 pick. Probably trade levis and # 1 pick for # 20-25 pick.

There is just about anything on Nashville sports, depends on who you choose as a source. I go to all the home games and don't grasp why any team would consider Levi's a viable 2nd or 3rd string QB.

What/who on Nashville TV is saying that?

I imagine what he heard was “due to the number 1 pick, they will try to trade Levis”

Because otherwise it makes 0 sense. Anyone coming up to 1, wouldn’t want our Qb even if he was good. Because they’re coming up for a QB

We will give you our first round picks for next 3 drafts for this year #1.

The last part of that is interesting. The desire for 36 picks in 3 years and 10 in the top 100.

Idk how we achieve that without trading the number 1. The only thing I can imagine is that means we have to trade out of our 2nd round pick, right?

Good catch, I missed it. They apparently believe Cam is worthy, so that has to mean trade #35 with a plan to trade first and/or second rounders the next two drafts after this one. That tells us they are going to totally rebuild the roster to fit the scheme.

When does the new stadium open - 2027 season. Looks like they plan to have the team ready and competitive.

If Cam works out. If not, start over at QB. Hopefully in a better QB draft.
