Aaah. Just used to people bashing everything and giving no time for change. I liked Fisher but thought he needed to go. I've definitely seen teams improve at a quick pace with interim coaches though. Astros under Garner and Pacers under Vogel. Munchak isn't an interim but still an assistant taking over
