Turner is not playing like crap, come on now. He’s not playing as well as he can but his passing, rebounding, and defense have been top notch.

I knew Lamonte had some turnovers, but I would have though 3 or so, not 6. To me, It felt like he was dribbling us out of jams and moving the ball well

On a less positive note for the second half (positive right now for sure)

Washington is only down 12, while shooting 14% from 3, and Tennessee is shooting it at over 62%.......if that changes?

Washington shooting right at their average (total), and Tennessee shooting just above their average.

At the half there is a slight edge in rebounding for Tennessee.....+2.......which is really good vs a team that wants to make high % shots at or near the rim.

His defense is fine. No complaints on his passing but its a zone so we'll see how he does if washington plays more man. I should have said offensively. We need him

I suspect Tennessee might see more pressure bringing the ball up (especially later if the game is close). It caused some problems for Tennessee; however when Tennessee broke that pressure it let to a couple easy baskets.

Yeah, I don't see Washington going back to zone because it hurt them. They're going to press more and man up.

They almost have to have him bring the ball up. When it was anyone else.......it looked very suspect.

Just got to make better passing decisions.

Agreed. Hopefully they bring in Private PG Santiago in January to spell Turner in games just like this.

I think they will, but they are a zone team, going “all man” goes against what they do, and what they are good at.

They will play some man.....they almost have to.

I don't know much about them really. I hope they do go back to zone though, gives us a better chance imo.

Did Turner not shoot any free throws this offseason? He was the best last year.
