Ill give Butch his 3-4 years to get his players for his system but that doesnt excuse him for the lack of coaching/ decisions now. NORTH TEXAS put up more than us. Are you saying they have a better coaching staff? NORTH TEXAS. Im not predicting a win but scoring more than 3 would help.

I never expected the system to be put in place over night. I've made comments about the team looking poorly but I haven't blamed Butch. I questioned not taking a timeout but I like what he's trying to do.

It takes time to teach your system and get the right players. Even Saban lost to UL Monroe.

Look at It this way. He gave no time to Georgia and gave us all the time we needed to score.

Dave Hart is going to give him 3 years to turn this program around. Any talk of Jones' job status a quarter of the way into his season with one of the youngest and most talent deficient teams in America while playing the toughest schedule in the country is laughably premature.

If Butch Jones continues to lose with the quality of talent he will amass in the next few years, then we will have issues. Maintain a little perspective people

at this point I am forced to believe that those two freshmen suck monumentally. We were close to taking advantage of Florida if we had a decent QB and today a decent QB would make this a better game.

OR, CBJ has already written off anything better than a 6-6 season and is packing it in until next year with 2 redshirt QBs.

It's unfortunate the staff already chalks this up to be a losing season. I know it's their 'Year 0', and I still have faith in the staff, but I figured they would at least do what they could to win for this season, and in turn, help with recruiting and keeping recruits committed.

I get that they want to save the redshirts and develop them with the incoming classes, but it's going to have some negative consequences in the long run.

This is what doesn't make sense. The argument for CBJ playing this offense while it isn't workin is what? To build on it for the future because he plans to run it. Correct? Ok. We are installing an offense for the future. We are keeping two qb's red shirted. I don't get it... Worley is pointless to keep in there playing the way he has when your building for the future with a guy that won't be there.

I am afraid this may be true. I don't think watching this complete lack of imagination and(or) innovation will excite many highly rated players. A lot of players were sold on the hype without seeing the product.

Conversely, they may see opportunity.
