I'm far from ready to call butch a bad hire, but I was never sold on him bringing his entire Cincinnati staff with him. Like it has been pointed out before, there is a reason Jancek was fired from Georgia.

Like I said earlier, Jancek does not have a package to deal with mobile QBs we have sent his with Florida, Missouri, and South Carolina.

Even with more talent and speed we will see it again next year with Jancek as coordinator

Great post. Jones was a great hire but bringing his big east coaching staff with him was a huge mistake.
