His top speed is good but acceleration is average.

I felt that way last year, but wanted to give Bajakian the benefit of the doubt, but he just doesn't seem be a very good play caller in general, and he's seemingly incapable of adjusting his original plan during the game.

If Hurd played on a pro style offense you would see his power and speed. When you get the ball 5yds in the backfield then run, no one looks fast.
