Mauer had 1 series so far and I’m sure he’ll get more reps in the second half along with Shrout but JG is throwing with some confidence. However, looking down receivers and being late is what messes him up most.

I want to see more Maurer this game. I haven’t been big on JG at all since he’s been here... remember he was upset we didn’t hire Schiano.

OK let's slow down JG threw that pass late hence our guy was almost out of field JG threw it short - as usual and thank goodness. The time to throw that ball was about a 1/2 a second before he did. Late pass, under thrown. Our guy turns around to catch it. Defender falls down. How well do you think that works against Florida? Georgia? Alabama?

Just about to say the same thing.....hope these young guys get some positive reps and as a team this starts the positive movement forward. Just learning to win again, I know its Chattanooga everybody, but at this point I'll take some baby steps while we're learning to run again.
