To be fair, Duke has clamped down on the on-ball D. Plus, we're just MUCH better with Golden in the game. Just gotta stay in range.

We are very, very lucky to be only down 6 at the half given how bad we closed that half. I mean just awful.

Why do all Tennessee post players always feel compelled to take horrible 3 pointers? It never fails. You are winning because you are moving the ball and attacking the basket? How do they fail to realize that?

If you had told me Tennessee would shoot 33% in the first half, put Duke in the bonus less than seven minutes into the game, Trae Golden would commit two fouls in the first three minutes, and we wouldn't hit a three, I'd believe we'd be down by 20 or more. Duke isn't out of the woods by any means yet.

I don't understand why CCM doesn't tell Maymon if he shoots another 3 he will be sitting next to him on the bench

maybe he has but Maymon didn't listen

Every time Tatum or McRae play bad 1 on 1 ball and dribble out the clock, I'd take them out of the game. I've seen enough of that crap with Hopson and Goins last year. I expect better coaching than that.

I'm so f'ing sick of Coach K, Dick Vitale and the way Duke in general plays. They do play great D, but the only offense they ever have is the 3.

On another note, K sounds like a drill instructor at court side and he needs someone to hard core beat his ass.

And to top it off, every time Vitale is on, he finds a way to mention Duke. I seriously think Dicky V would go down on K if he could!!
